Should you wish to exchange your purchase for another Tee3 item, please contact us within 10 working days of your purchase by email at email@example.com stating your name, delivery address, details of the purchase and new item requested. On the return of your original purchase, your new purchase will be completed and delivered.
At Tee3 we take great pride in our reputation for quality. However, if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Tee3 within 10 working days of your purchase by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, delivery address and the purchase details. The item must be returned within 14 days of their initial delivery date and it is important the item is returned in it's original condition (unused, unworn and unwashed). Please allow 10 working days from the day of the return of your purchase, for your account to be credited.
Unfortunately, Tee3 is unable to accept returns on an item that has undergone personalisation. However, if after detailed examination, your item is found to be faulty a return will be arranged (please see Faulty Items below). Please choose your personalisation details carefully and retain a copy of your confirmation for future reference. If it is found that Tee3 has incorrectly personalised your item or the personalisation is contrary to your instructions (and confirmation), Tee3 will gladly personalise a new item at no additional charge. However, Tee3 will not accept returns of a customised item if prior to, during or after the personalisation process, you change your mind.
At Tee 3 all items are subject to quality testing. However, if you believe your Tee3 item to be faulty, please contact Tee3 within 10 working days of your purchase by email at email@example.com stating your name, delivery address, purchase details and an explanation of the problem. The item will need to be returned within 14 days of initial delivery date. Any item claimed to be faulty will be inspected by Tee3 and if the fault is deemed to be due to a manufacturing or fabric defect, Tee3 will gladly repair, exchange or refund your purchase at no additional charge. If the item is deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
If You Change Your Mind
Unfortunately, Tee3 is unable to accept items that have been customised, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in it's original condition, which includes the items packaging. Tee3 will refund the amount of the item, less the original delivery charges.
If you receive an incorrectly sized item, please contact Tee3 within 10 working days of your purchase by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, delivery address, purchase details and an explanation of the problem. You will need to return the item in order for the correct size to be delivered to you. However, please note that the size guide located here is solely a guide and Tee3 cannot guarantee that your required size will be available.
Incorrect Glove Style
If the glove style you received is not what you initially purchased, Tee3 will cover the delivery charges of the return. Tee3 will then deliver the correct glove style at no additional charge.
At Tee3 we are positive you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you wish to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us within 10 working days of your purchase by email at email@example.com stating your name, delivery address and purchase details. Further details will be emailed to you regarding the return of your purchase and a refund of your money will be arranged.
If Tee3 makes a mistake and sends you the wrong item, or if you receive a damaged item, shipping and handling charges will be refunded to your account. A copy of your Tee3 receipt will be requested for proof of purchase.
